Dr. Hamilton Stapell is an associate professor of history at SUNY New Paltz. He’s presenting the third and final part of a three part series based on the past, present, and future of Paleo at the Ancestral Health Symposium
in Atlanta this week. The first two talks are on video and listed below.
In this episode we chat about what it was like for Dr. Stapell’s to find the Paleo diet long before there were books, blogs, and cookbooks on the market. We discuss the physical culture movement of the early 20th century, the recent survey of Paleo folks and what that says about the current movement, and we get a preview of what the future of Paleo looks like. Seems unlikely that we’ll go mainstream anytime soon!
